Clear Blue Skies

This look is just going to be a tutorial on the look I wore in my Peacocky/Mickey Contractor haul video. I'm also using this look for KT Makeup's blog. Someone recently told her on Twitter that WOC couldn't rock blue eye shadow. 

Of course I don't agree with that. She wanted to put a lid on this ridiculous myth, so she sent a series of e-mails to her followers asking us (WOC in particular) if we would be interested in creating makeup looks using blue for her blog. Of course I was interested because I wear whatever color(s) I want, wherever I want, whenever I want :) I'm a firm believer that anyone can pull any color off as long as it's worn right. Anyway, this is the look I came up with. I hope you all enjoy ;)
